I made a program - Soldat Ultra Manager. It changes lots of settings in Soldat:
- game settings
- player settings [+preview in 2 modes: big and soldat-type]
- graphic settings
- server settings
- weapons settings [graphic, names and damage]
- keyboard settings
- map list
- mp3 list [doesn`t work at this moment]
- remote admin list
- banned ip list
- lobby-servers list

This program also contains few editors ..
- bots editor [+preview in 2 modes]
- taunts editor [alt+key brings to taunt-key]
- sounds editor [file replace :)]

Intruction how to change language..
Click on "Language / jezyk" button, select "english" and click "Zmien".

Obviously this program seems to be quite good, I will try it when i come home (sitting in school right now). But you should post some screenshots because actually I don't download stuff which I can't see before.

Bug with language in mod-manager and transparent color in player settings removed :) Added news-system in multi languages.

I think I found a bug though.. Maybe it's just for me, but the off line manual has text and background both in black, making it illegible...
Also the text in the player settings is transparant, which makes things hard to read.
I also got a "List index out of bounds (144)" error when I clicked a sound file at the bottom of the list of sounds.

I don't want to seem unthankful, I'm just reporting some bugs I found to help :)

Bug with transparent text fixed, please download version 3.0.1e :) Currently i`m working to fix message 'List index out of bounds'.. and sound-names in english :)
I don`t know what happen with offline manual :(

When I try to select the language, there's nothing in the list. So I tried clicking "Zmien" and I get an error: "List index out of bounds (-1)"

I haven`t jet english soundlist and i can`t wait longer... so i release new version.

Changelog:
* Finally fixed transparency bug in player settings
* In current version you can change weapon damage by clicking left and right mouse button, not only right
* Rebuild languages mechanism [one function]:
./sum/languages/$lang.ini - all buttons, panels etc.
./sum/languages/$lang_help.txt - help / info text
./sum/languages/$lang_soundlist.txt - soundlist :)
* Rebuild sound-editor mechanism [sum/soundfilenames.txt]
* Better sources, now very easy to read :)

Lol...i simply translated english and for playlist i used "intution"...:D

Nothing wrong with Firefox or any other modern browser. It's the server fault (bad configuration) - the server says to browser that the 'sum.rar' file is plain text file, so the browser dispay it as a text file. The file extension doesn't matter, browsers should always do what server says.

Very very nice program, rainrider. I was [IMAGE]ing around with it the other day, and it pretty much makes all the other programs pointless. I have, however, found a bug; In the 'Kill-Logs Interpreter' in addition to the names of the people, the weapons 'Combat Knife', 'Grenade' and 'Hands' are listed:

Lastly, You haven't posted here in a couple of weeks, so I'm not sure as to whether you're working on a new version or not. I like the 'Actualization' feature, but when I press it, it tells me there is a new version, opens up the [blank] webpage and after a couple of seconds the Open/Save window comes up, but when I press either open or save, nothing happens..

Edit: ..and why hasn't this been moved to Fan Apps and made sticky yet?

The english translation appears to be missing as of the time of this post.
Doublecheck, and if necessary, please fix or someone give the english translation .ini on these forums.

Ive done the best i can with it. The buttons that say DO NOT PRESS!!! will crash sum or your pc. The demos i tried did not work for me but they may for you. Also the first button that says ustawienia gracza i could not change the name :(, it is actually player settings. Heres the download link:
