i want colour codes so that I can use them in Soldat like how you can make your skin completely black.

You cant make your skin completely black or white, the game presents it as the skin black and white, whch are not the exact colors themselves...

use the SSCC 2.5 in my bot creating sticky you can find
in mah signature

Oh, I stand corrected then :) I tried the soldat.ini file, I want to make my skin completely white.......every time I tried making it white or black it gave me the black/white skin colour humans have, which is not what I'm looking for.......

Yeah, also if you try to make it a very light colour to resemble white it still gives you the pinkish skin colour, I tried making a custom colour white, inserted it into the game, it gave me a complete black skin and my soldat couldnt move :X

The color bit is strange, but for me... it always messes around with controls if I try to change colors in the ini file. Just have to re-set them.

Its just manually editing the soldat.ini file for your own colours, not the given ones in the game.

i dunno how you get the colour code for it tho...is strange....

Hmmm, whats the decehexal number for white? if you try sscc2 it wont work...

I think it's better to use the SSCC, because if you mess with the Soldat.ini file and change your color, you are risking messing up the controls. I don't know how, but if you put in something wrong, then you won't be able to move in Soldat....

Also, I don't think you can get white. I've tried, and all I can get is peach.

Hmmm there is a link, its in my post, ummm, when you try the sscc2 itll give you the pinkish-white which not what is wanted, I tried both white and black colour codes in hexadecimal and it gave me tottal black in both cases, so I got the black part, but not the white yet, P.S, when you change it, it resets your controls, so thats why my soldat couldnt move previously.......

if you are really scared of screwing up your Soldat.INI file,
the best thing to do is back it up in a notepad.

I never tried making my skin all white, right now i am using it as black, black rox :D
If you dont want to use the skin changer I found Out some colour codes including green and blue and purple and others.

but I recommend the skin changers it gives you a whole range of diff colours :D (except for white coz it dont work)

it's probably pinkish-white because the head graphic is normally pink.

and you can make your own colors too!

hoiw come some of you use codes instead of the SSCC?

Well peeps, the problem with the skin is:

The blue value that soldat uses is automatically decreased

Which explains:
a) why when you select white skin it is pinkish
b) why when you select 255 blue it is only about 170 blue
c) why when you select cyan it is green

i am working on it...

now i know what the problem is, and why it is happening

all i need is a fix!

No, it doesnt, it gives you a completely black face and resets your controls, I tried it before......

I started making my small little mod, I dont know how it will look like in-game because the soldat is screwed of some error, enyway, when I edited head, hands, and other skin parts it shows that pinkish colour, try making it white, maybe that would work, I wish I could test it myself, damn errors......

i think ill stick with the code "0" I love having black skin it makes me look all cool!
especially with a dreadlock hair style and white hair and black clothes =)

sorry peeps, but the 'clothes' values and the skin value are of different types, the skin value isnt in hex.

you cannot change the alpha of your 'clothes'

the skin is fairly easy to decode.
im looking at it at the moment.

actually i think though that the clothes can be put in hex too, its sort of like HTML where you can put "white" or "#FFFFFF" so instead of "clGreen" you could maybe put "00FF66" or something like that, i dunno maybe, maybe i'm just weird
