It was a joyous night; quite different from most nights around this time. The bright lights in the household of Augustus Borland bombarded the black velvet skyline. James Pascal stood up and poured a glass of wine for himself, and handed the second to his colleague, Roland Delphi. It was truly a night to celebrate. Their basic scheme for the ?computer? was complete. This set had two tools used for control ? a ?mouse?, which consisted of a series of gears and a metal ball bearing, and a ?key board?, which had buttons construed to it with letters on each one. There was a ?looking block?, through which you saw all you were working with, and the brain of the operation, the ?CPU?. It was quite crazy to think that they had made this device years before, and would not share it with the world for years to come. They needed to find the perfect man to use it.

Of course, the device was only half of what they had done. The computer would be no use without their ?programming language?. It was through this language that the CPU did anything. It had no name at the moment, but they needed to find the chosen one soon. The fourth member of the team, Greg Gates, had taken a copy with him to America, and never returned. They received a letter from Seattle that said he was going to teach his grandson how to use the computer, and how he would monopolize the world market in the future.

But all was not well in Poland. Adolf Hitler had risen to power in Germany, and had annexed the Austrian army into his own. Hitler had betrayed the Soviets. Germany was drawing scrutiny around the world, and were willing to fight anyone. It seemed that everything was about to explode. Then it happened.

World War II took off, and it truly turned into a world affair. Being Jewish, the three colleagues were all persecuted. Luckily, they escaped Poland ? with their computer and it?s programming language. They moved to Palestinian territory, where they were also persecuted. Luckily, the UN made the Jews their own land ? Israel ? in the mid 1940?s. A few years went by in Israel, and fighting arose between the Israelis and Palestinians. One day, Augustus Borland was walking down a dirt road near the Gaza Strip when he was attacked by a group of Palestinian men, and he was beaten to death. Shocked and heartbroken, Pascal and Delphi moved on. They moved east, passing through India and Pakistan, and eventually reaching Vietnam.

Vietnam was quite a different land. Unfortunately, fighting broke out between the Communist North Vietnamese and the French mercenaries that protected the South Vietnamese. Pascal and Delphi were with the South. After a few years, the French pulled out of South Vietnam. Not too long after, the US sent troops to South Vietnam. Pascal and Delphi noted the great US helping South Vietnam against the Vietcong and the Soviets. They moved on to Cambodia and Laos. It was the same story ? US with the good Cambodians against commies, US with the good Laotians against the evil commies. It looked nice. But their opinion changed in 1975, when the [:-censored]ing idiot president Richard Nixon pulled all troops out of Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. All hell then broke loose. Pascal and Delphi moved to Japan to escape. There, they found the Japanese experimenting with ?Atari Home Entertainment Systems? and ?video games?. One prominent one was called ?PONG?. The colleagues were so intrigued, they added game programming to their own language.

It was time to return to Poland to find the Chosen One.

One night, while visiting a small village in Poland, a little boy came up to the computer display. He began tapping at the keyboard. Pascal was trying to figure out a problem. Just for fun, he ran the program after the little one had tapped on it. To his extreme delight, it ran perfectly. Pascal held up the little boy, and asked him what his name was. ?Michal Marcinkowski?, the boy answered.

Pascal and Delphi talked to the boy?s dad a little while later. They told him that they would die soon, and they told him about their computer device. They taught him everything in two years, and then they died. The dad taught the son everything, starting at age 3. He programmed many great things at a young age, and it was evident he was the Chosen One.

By 1985, little Bill Gates had started a company known as Microsoft. It was silly, what he was trying to do. He wanted people to play with icons on a ?desktop?, moving them around like little children, and messing with ?Windows?, and expect it to accomplish tasks. He gave away the secrets of the computer, and forever ruined it.

Michal saved the computer in 2001, when he released his first super creation. He called it Soldat. It became the #1 game of all time in 2004, elapsing the sales of Counter-strike and Half Life put together.

Over the course of his life, Michal solved many important issues ? AIDS, world hunger, famine, war, severe wedgies. He was truly the Chosen One?:P
