Since I installed WinXP + DirectX9, I started having problems with soldat. Everything had worked fine before with 98 and DX8.1, but now half the scenery isn't rendered, bullet lines are incomplete, and worst of all, the game locks up for a second at 10-20 second intervals (which, naturally, puts me at a bit of a loss in a fight). Anyone else seen this/know why it happens?
