What do u people think about a 3D soldat? Just Curious

SOLDAT IS A 2D MULTIPLAYER GAME.... GIVING IT THE EXTRA DIMENSION MEANS THAT THE GAME WILL BECOME VERY MUCH A FPS.

You don't have to make the game in first person, it can be a third person view on the player, it might also add some to the capture the flag and infiltration modes because you can't see where the flag is until you get there.

I would play a game like that, but soldat is a good game. The way it is should stay, dimensions wise.

go play CS, UT, quake, Duke Nukem, Doom, and all the other 3d shooting games around there, dont mess with the soldat 2d action ;)

Yes. I got really depressed after I only got 3 pages of replies...it made me rethink my whole existence. I contemplated giving up my life, but I decided to just give up the game instead. how about we leave the game engine the same but have 3d models :P so soldats will spin around in circles when u get em with the minigun plus they could now fall to the ground revealing the front of there bodies which would be litered with holes :)

That's an interesting idea. I was thinking about 3D more for sniping, where you can shoot a bullet right through some dudes head

IF you want 3D Buy a 3D game [:-censored]. All 3D shooting games are the same. So Soldat is the best the way it is. It reminds me of the good old days on Old ass Sega or Dendy. It makes all the fun in the game. 2D rulllsssssssssssssssssssssss.!!!!! GO Soldat !!! ya!
