hey i need some help posting screenshots on the forum im not sure how to do it can someone help me????

Your screenshot probably is in the Bitmap format (.bmp).. so you better convert it to JPEG or GIF with any image program.
Click on the "Reply" button.. you'll see a paper clip with the text "Insert a file", click on it. There you can choose the file ("Browse..") you want to upload. Choose it and upload it.. :)
