ok this is very annoying. i tried installing soldat and running it, and it said file D3D8.DLL is missing. i thought to update my directx so i went to www.microsoft.com/directx and downloaded the directx 9.0b runtime. now when i try to load soldat, it has a different error "The D3D8.DLL file is linked to missing export DDRAW.DLL:UnlockCB" i tried using the "fix" .exe file, but i get the same error. help!?
