You can't "use it" as far as I know.

There's a file called "water-step.wav" in the sound effects folder, but as we all know, there's no water in Soldat.
So Michal probably just played around with something and forget to delete it.

Actually, water-step.wav is the sound of stepping when the map is raining I think.

Theres a gostek-gfx called Walkie.bmp which is a walkie talkie from an earlier command I think. There used to be a beer.bmp but that was taken out.
