the background has like little dots all over, good improvement tho..

yup, the dots are 'cos of the bmp->gif conversion done by the server..I really need to use a png but I've not got any grafix apps installed on this 'pooter..

giffy(247 kb) is a very good bmp<->gif convertor.

Its supports both Graphical and Command line interface.

DNAG's GameStat.txt file is parsed by a .asp page then that page in turn it read by a dot.net script on one of my ISP's machines that creates the image.

You could do the same, you could also use .php to do the same job.

Or you would need to be uploading your servers GameStat.txt file to our server for me to parse it. But we'll see if I wanna go down that route...

Styx, how did you meant to do your siggy? It sometimes load keys pressed, other times it loads the server stats and others it loads sTyx listening to nothing and the when page is completely loaded it reverts to the server stats sig.

Not quite sure how or why it would do that for you, my sig rotates semi-randomly. I never see it start to display one image...then revert to another :/

seems michal's disabled the server status txt files in the beta server I'm running, so my images are off line for now :(

it was causing problems with them damn *nix servers :)

now the images will auto-magic-ly switch between displaying the stats for the inf and ctf servers. wooo :)
