Ok, I will list the problems, and can somebody please tell me what they can make of it/find what's wrong?

GAME PROBLEMS:
-player's don't appear to be holding a gun. They run around holding an invisible gun. Funny, but annoying.
- bullets are harder to see. I was wondering if i should just turn down the brightness on my screen...
-Scenery gets cut in half. quite annoying, and makes my judgement of my maps hard, since all the scenery looks like $h1t. [:-weepn]

MAPMAKER PROBLEMS:
-Scenery looks cut in half as well.

Can these problems be fixed by changing my resolution? [?]

Could someone plz tell me if this has been reported before, so i could go to that thread and read how to fix this problem?

Most display issues can be resolved by ensuring you're running the latest DirectX and DirectX supported video drivers. Some info on your system esp. video card would help.

It says my video adapter is S3 graphics ProSavageDDR.

Yup, you're suffering a known issue with that card.

A kinda cheapish fix for Soldat is jsut to buy a nice cheap nVidia GeForce 2 MX, or a GeForce 4 MX.

Cheap, and they work fine for Soldat.

Hell, even a nVidia TNT2 should work fine :P
