Ok...so it only took me about an hour and a half. Its really fun and its worth downloading. I just love the little bang effects! they are so cool. its online compatable. i made everything cartoonish. ill tell u that it goes great with serial killers cellshaded polygons and villes interface.

there was a cartoon mod some time ago and it wasnt pixelated lol, it was awsome, too bad its not supported for 1.1.4 - 1.2 pproperly

hmm...given me an idea. If you mixed this with my/Dark Noddy's 'POW' mod (replaces the explosion effect with a cartoonier version), and added much needed sound effects, for instance jump = 'boink', jets = 'whistle' , so on.... now that'd be a proper bo cartoon mod.
