There needs to be proper auto-balance for teams. I'm not talking about the pussy little thing we have now that puts new people in the smaller team (which they can then move out of if they wanted to), I'm talking about hardcore auto-balance that assrapes random guys as it moves them to the smaller team during the game. There needs to be something which keeps the teams even all the time. I'm sick of being in CTF games and having the teams be completely lopsided 90% of the time, but everyone playing are jackasses who refuse to move or just ignore you when you say "teams."

Yep, we need hard auto-balancing that blocks team-changing if teams aren't even. I like your idea... I hate being in CTF, the 3 clan members in my team leave at once and what happens? Me against 4 guys... And noone likes to change.
