I was playing, reloaded and pressed (I think) prone or something like that. My soldier stayed in the position like when you are behind cover crouching, and started sliding as if I was on ice. I was about 1/3 through reloading, and the gun was jammed, even if I tapped r or e. In the end, I slid around for a while (didn't matter if I held down a or d), changing direction by looking the other way (I also used wasd and jetpack to do a weird jump/jetpack...). I will post a picture probably, but when I recorded it as a demo, it just looks like I'm moving normally, except one bit where I "teleport". Another thing I saw was a wierd triangular health box hanging down from a stalactite thing (which is part of the map), I then got the health box.
