I've been trying to start up Soldat on this computer for a while already. Nothing I've tried so far has worked. Updating drivers, changing video settings, everything listed in the FAQ.

My problem is that the game starts up fine, but freezes about half a second after a battle starts. My mouse and keyboard gets locked, so I have to do unplug my computer to get it started again. The graphics appear on the screen, but nothing happens (the guy his stick in mid air).

The compy is running on WinXP pro, using an Nvidia TNT video card.
