and is a total convertion ( relistic sounds, weapons , picures)

First of all you upload the screenshots to 'My Files' and then you insert the link for one of the Screenshots in to the 'Posting Form', highlight it and click on the [IMAGE] button, which can also be found in the Posting Form.

Edit: Ok, I downloaded them and tried them and to be honest the only good ones are; Field Of Nam, Platoon and Ramboland, the rest are just horrible Imo.

Also, on most of your maps there are big white squares or rectangles randomly on the map. Here's a screenshot of one:
