i played soldat with a guy from somewhere. then he runned away in
500 mph . he used a trainer . and he rapidly shot the spas 12
god damn, he used a trainer!!.

Well, if it's your server; Kick him! If it's not your server, then alert the Admin or encourage the other players to 'Vote Kick' him (although this usually never works). If all else fails, just leave and find another server. Yay, I'm smart!

Record a demo of it as a proof and write down his nickname, the server and the date/time he was cheating. This way the admin of the server has some proofs..

like hitman says, pass this to the server's admin. Providing screnshots and exact times/dates/name will also help the admin track down the person.
