Ever have this happen?
You're running along and suddenly spot a big fire-fight in mid-air. With about 3, 4 people in close combat. You're probably no more than 3 yards out so you pull out your LAW, take aim. and fire directly into the mess for a quick and dishonorable kill, but by chance the rocket flies through missing all of them.
You can think of it as being so unskilled you cant hit a swarm of soldiers with a rocket, or you can think of it as being so skilled you can shoot a rocket through a crowd of them without hitting a single one..
