not unless you get one with high power or one that fires metal bb's they can leave quite a nasty bruise.

I shot myself with a 0.5 joule softair (HFC Glock 17), 6mm 0.12g BBs.. it doesn't really hurt, but you have red dots on your skin afterwards :)

as long as you don't get shot in the eye with it, nothing bad should happens.
there are some rules for official battles.. don't shoot from low-range, no tuned guns etc.

i used to had a copy of a desert eagle gun (bb ofcourse) that shoots semi automatic.. and it hurts like [:-censored]ing hell.

Yep. Sometimes it hurts with this balls. I once hited my sister with my Ak74. Sure she was in pain. I also shoot myself with my Smith & Wesson. I had a red dot and it hurted alot. Later the whole skin around the red dot turned red. It is a powerfull weapon.

It really depends on what kind you get. I have a Thompson M1A1 with a 400-fps upgrade. Ya, it hearts. My cousin shot him self with his 400 fps AK. It went in far enough to stand in the skin on its own. But I had some battery powered DEagals. They sucked like hell. Barely felt the pos's. But start running when you here a guy has got a PSG-1 500-fps with metal rounds.

i have a glock 17 and a smith and wesson something or rather, i was dumb enough to put my finger over the barrel and pull teh trigger, i hurt, but not excessive pain so i just couldnt do something like dial numbers on a phone or use a tv remote for a few hours
