I cant do any scenery, because in that drop box doesn't have any scenery material.

Where did you install the mapmaker?
Make sure that you installed it to Soldat\MapMaker\

the exact same thing happened to me about a month ago, it says that it can load a certain texture, and another box comes up, i forgot what it says. i dont remember how i fixed it. i just kept downloading soldat 1.1.2 and map maker 1.2 and it finally worked again.
