How come in some games people have like 8 grenades? You can only have a maximum of 5 in the menus?

I don't know about 8 grenades, but in one of the CTF servers (games.hitubishi or something like that) you can have a total of 6 nades...

Maybe it has something to do with the linux server? I think regular soldat resets it to 5 nades when you modify the .ini (which is a shame, having 121498467 nades is fun [;)])

Utamaro had 20 nades at one point. i wanna learn to do that...

i know i joined that server when it had 20grenades it rocked... but now it doesnt have it anymore

Just write the number of nades you want instead of clicking for more or less nades

But it resets to the maximum value if you go over it. Its probably a bug in the linux dedicated server.

where is your poor soldier supposed to carry the 20 nades? he doesn't wear a backpack! So... on the belt? such a biiig belt... he would lose is pants because his belt wouldn't carry the weight of the grenades... Let's take ... ummmm about 21 ounces per grenade (the weight of the WW II US-handgrenades) That would mean ... umm 420 ounces. 1 ounce = ca 30 gram. 420 ounces x 30 gram = 12,6 kg ... Well i wanna see you carry around 12,6 kg of grenades + rifle + infinite ammunition (!)... :)

well but where is the realism in having self recharging rocket boosters in your feet and haveing unlimited ammo for every gun you pick up...
