The best player I have seen use the AUG was Akai|Essetle.

I personally am best with the nades, I'm the basterd that kills you with lingering nades after you kill me [:D] and because of my extrem lagg I get to throw 1 or 2 more extra nades... everyone else has 5 I have potentially 7 nades and 5 clusternades [:D]. It's just a bug I take advantage on but common I need it on my internet. Does anyone else have this bug?

I think people do base their reasoning more on true skill, with their judgement skewed sometimes due to relationships. Of course, many of the posters really havn't been exposed to much, and are very cocky, obviously making their opinions flawed. really is a pointless topic...

so luke, donnie is, or maybe was in your clan. so that's one bias. and then you still aren't in a position to name the best ak user, you not being able to see the full extent of ak users abroad. Naming anyone here truly is futile. at least with that "best clan" topic, the choices are much narrower, so that topic can be a little more reliable, though the difference may be quite negligible.

That's another thing... people always rank "who the best player is" for 1v1 duels. Frankly I suck at duels, but when it comes to big matches with more than two people, I do very well. There is something to be said about people who can play well as part of a team, or do well in CtF matches.

I agree with you Poison, CTF is about teamplay and aim, I saw this thread as a "Who is best with that gun" thing though.

Thats exactly what I think, I tell people that all the time but they still want to duel. Duels don't proce skill, skill is proved in matches when it counts.

No dolt, duels do prove skill, skill with a gun. You dank, hes saying a duel might not determine a players teamwork or skill, because in most cases some players play better in ctf and on the maps.

I appreciate being able to read all 10 pages of this and hear about some of the great players. You see, i've only been around since 1.1.3, and I played on public servers. The best player I ever played was a guy named "God" who wore all purple, and my old alias was "Lupon". Anyways, I used to use barret, for like a year, but I have recently switched to M79. Wait, what did that have to do with anything...*sigh*. Oh well, I say skills change, times change, and people change, and the only way to find out who is better than who is for those two people to fight eachother. That's why I'm not making a list, because it's pointless, ihatekimdarby@hotmail.com...I'm up for a challenge now and there, hell, this games supposed to be fun. I'll fight with whatever weapon anyone wants, but i'm getting pwned if it's anything besides the barret/m79, oh, and knife matches are always fun.

There are so many skilled people now. Recently, I can't tell who's best anymore. Me and Marb both own with deagles, although he can probably kick my ass. I'm still pretty good. There are some of us among the top lines of knifing. IE. Scuba, Knot, meself ^^, and Kkazican. As for other guns, I've noticed that Essentle has become one of the greatest Aug users. Other than that, I don't really pay attention. Many people use M79s, Barrets, and autos, so I wouldn't really know. To give it a wrap up:

Deagles - Marbire
Aug - Essentle
Knife - Scuba, Knot, and Kkazican

Hmm...because of this topic...I was actually considering making a league to determine who is "the best at each weapon". Unfortunately, it would only be able to determine best with each weapon when facing another user of that weapon of the people that signed up.

Basically what would happen was people would sign up for particular weapons, and in a duel, you'd face another person that used the same weapon, only alotted one grenade no secondaries, basically DM match. Meh...I didn't like how it was turning out so I trashed the idea.
