I've seen a few servers where you can type in a web adress into the ip and you will be directed to the server (e.g hetkik.servegame.com) and I was wondering how I actually do that :/

http://www.dyndns.org/
left bottom "Dynamic DNS"
http://hn.org/
http://www.no-ip.com/
No-IP free
I haven't tested them now, but dyndns and hn.org seem to be fine.
You'll get a address like "squirrels.dyndns.org" and everytime you connect to the internet, a tool connects to their server and tells it to change the IP behind the domain.
