Well for one this post more smileys, next make a few more accounts and pm yourself a few times each day.

You move up the ranks according to your amount of posts. Some forums don't increase your post count (like Bash Pit, Lounge, and Testing) and if you spam forums that do increase it, you might be lucky enough to be fined like ?'s signature says he was.
