I was in the Soldat Mappers Guild a bit more than 2 years ago. Now it seems to have dispersed, and I can't find any decent mappers these days to reform it.

I'm not a good mapper :(?

Klein, when you were around, it was the "remake" of SS. But its in 1.0.5b that they really shined.

As for old clans sv| was created 21/01/03, 1.0.5b. And we're still playing.
Any clans who have been around longer than that?

hmm, according to our historians 2Wai was founded sometime around january -03 too. First update is 14th of february tho. Hmmmz, more research to be made :)

I thought Eesahe's Clan <=CD=> was supposed to be the oldest active clan..

<=CD=> doesnt even count as "old" in my book.

longest clan i've been in was CIA, 11 months.

Also, i think ESO lasted till RIGHT b4 1.1.4 but not sure.

ye, but fury is dead...we arent....yet!

I remember FA| or |FA, whichever. It became .bot (stole my name ;P) and then that died for a little bit but reformed as .bot+

KWH from 1.05b - 1.1.4 :p

It was |FA|, KillBot. And .Bot never really died, we just went undercover for a little time...

btw. RB - polish clan - was founded in may 2002 and it's still an active clan, so we are like 2 years old now

Yep, I joined [RB] about 3 days after 1.05 had been released so it was 26.08.2002 and I still have screenshots from my first cw ^^(19.10.2002) I remember we played (and won) with [SaD] in January 2003 :)

That's not true...we're the oldest running UK clan (since September 2002), but I don't think we're the oldest one in the world. :)
