I was just reading the banned threads. The ones that have the names of banned members and that kind of stuff. I noticed that most of them had something to do with "leaked beta versions." What exactly is that? I don't get it. I'm not asking where to find them or how to get them, so please, no one post that kind of stuff. (Unless, of course you want to get banned. [;)] ) I simply want to know what they are. Thanx...

the beta versions were the versions that were being "beta tested" or checked/trialed by a group of people.
these versions were the buggy rough copies of 1.2

some pple leaked them out into the public

Not really, the term 'leaking' would confuse someone.

Yeah, beta version = test version of the current Soldat version in development. When people distribute it amongst the public, its called 'leaking'.
