does anybody know with which version of soldat the new map extension *.pms was inplemented?

wasnt the old extension *.pmp used till the version 1.1.2?

plz help me

*.PMP was last used in 1.0.5b, so 1.1 brought the new *.PMS format.
(I still have my 1.1 folder and it's the first with *.PMS files)

I think the old files were bigger...
whoa, I looked in my 1.0.5b folder and there's more differences than I remember. All the maps seem to be 212 kb and there's a waypoints folder with .way files which are all 21.8 kb. This suggests that there was a limit to the amount of stuff you could put in the maps. Obviously the waypoints have been incorporated into the map file, which is good.
