Evenin' (or whatever time of day it is over there), fellow Soldat players/modders! I just recently started playing and as soon as I found out I could modify the weapon graphics, I started right in. I've got a sort-of mod going on, just modifying each of the weapons. Figured I'd post some of my screenshots.
All guns are given the name of what they replace in the screenshots.
First of all, the MP5 is now a P90. Unfortunately, since it is black, it's kind of hard to see.. but anyway:

Next up, we have the Ruger, now converted to a PSG-1. Also kind of hard to see, and this is a bad sreenshot. If anyone's interested, I can take another later. (This is on a map I made, btw)

Finally, as far as guns go, there's the Barret, which is now a Railgun. Yeah. Let me tell you, if someone's shooting for you with this thing, you'll know it. You just might not be able to dodge in time.

I've done a few other things, like minor interface changes and some custom power-up graphics, so you can tell the bloody things apart. Oh, and the orange grenade you see in the screenshots is being nixxed, it doesn't rotate when bouncing so I decided the idea of a HE canister grenade wasn't that great after all. OH, and this is all my work, each pixel drawn by me ('cept some of the green space ^_^) [:P] Plagiarism is for ll4m4s.
Well.. might follow this post up with more stuff if it generates interest. Can't wait for the new version of Soldat!
