Are you registered? If so, select a profile ini file instead of soldat.ini.

i know whats wrong is says program files you have to browse for the ini file

If you are registered, select the name.ini inside the profile folder like Stalky said.

If you are not registered, then just select the soldat.ini inside the Soldat directory.
