Wow I cannot believe what I found out when I realized one thing. I had a copy of Soldat v. 1.05b in my demo disk from GW magazine. Hah too late to get it now I got this one last Christmas. Oh well.. :: Shrugs:: I'm just bored. The old Soldat was alright but the new one is way better..

w00t? I once asked the Screenfun (german gaming magazine) if they would like to take a look at it and maybe put it on their CD but they thought it was too brutal -.-

i got 1.0.4 on a CD but it was in tha crap section, let me post an excerpt some of us may remember:

well as i lately downloaded the 1.05b version again... i realised it really is the best one! When I started playing it was the current one, and I gues it should not be changed... all newer versions (except 1.1.3) were hell worse, and the new one, with all those bugs, sometimes makes me want to stop playing...

I found Soldat 1.0.5b on a Swedish magazine's demo CD.

The magazine had an article about "The 7 best freeware games" or something, AND SOLDAT WAS THERE. Oh god it was wonderful playing it the first time.

i have it on CD too got it with finnish pc magazine and that's how i did find soldat ^^

That was about 3 years ago.

YAY, Radioshack rulz, but damn, I founded a Soldat demo in a magazine from Quebec, it was the oldest version, i purchased it and enjoyed during hours'n hours. I just don't remember the dam magazine title, its so old...

I got a from a friend of my brother, first time i played i thought it sucked, but then i started to like it, now im playing for 2 years...
