I was fooling around with the soldat ini file today. (Trying to get a rambo headband on non rambomode :$) Then i saw mycharacter had a minigun on his head. Tried few new numbers and he got a bow stuck on his head. Wow. Then i tried online and it didn't work. I hosted a game and it worked again but... No-one else could see the lovely explosion flying over me. :P

Try some numbers and post the best ones here and i will add them. There is no glitch like this for chains and hair styles. :/
