So, I just started playing this game yesterday, and somehow I was playing quite well on my very first online game
(I played with bots my first time, but for a few seconds, just to get the controls right)
and someone then called me a hacker/cheater. I tried to work things out with the person, but eventually we just stopped saying anything else after I said I had just downloaded the game.

What an odd welcome to the game. Yet it made me feel good that someone thought I was too good to be playing fair.(Even though they didn't know it was my first game).

I wound up 5th out of 12th in my first online game, back when I had the nick "Slayer" (due to the fact I loved that band, and still do), but, I didn't do too bad for a first timer... however, my friend Jake, he sucked, I let him play on my comp once, against 1 zombie bot, he couldn't hit it point-blank with a barret, he lost 20 to 5 against 1 knife zombie :P, thank god I didn't let him play on a public server...

If only I didn't have 56k only. I just wished my family can at least order dsl. Some servers would kick me out for high ping(300's to be exact). And if I was lucky, around 200 ping.
