I have wonder over this for a while,
why can´t u use the scroll on the mouse that should be better if u wan´t to change weapon or somthing like that!?!

i use the scroll wheel for reload! yay
have u tried configuring it yourself in the "player" menu?

damnation: I use both.
Scrolling the wheel = switch weapon
click on the wheel = throw grenade

nah, don't work for me either..
But I configured my 3rd mouse 2 enter, so that works with alt+key... taunt.txt really kicked up in usefullness since then ^^

Click on the wheel doesn't work for me...

I have a logitech optical mouse too (but not cordless) and both scrolling and clickking the wheel work fine. Maybe you have to configure it with the control panel?

I think it's a driver problem. If you ever played an ego-shooter with an old driver you'll see that it's not working. It didn't work in any game. Only in Windows, Word and so on it worked. Just download the newest drivers (9.79.1) and then it'll work. [URL] I have a Logitech mouse with a mousewheel at my other pc, but there's no Soldat, so I can't try it out.

I was trying another mouse and then I was able to use the scroll function but i couldn´t use the scroll button.
So I think it´s depend witch drivers u have

try using the USB port for it if you're not...i tried doing it using a converter to ps/2 and mouse wheel didnt work for soldat, but when i used USB port instead it worked fine..for some reason..

O now it all work nice I changed somthing in the mouse propities and then it all worked.

I updated my mouse driver like DeepII said, thanks.
