Whats a good prog fer editing n making pics from scratch? i already have MSpaint. where to get painshop?

Paintshop Pro 7 is very good. I think if you put some effort in finding it 'for free' you will get it.
You could really have cared about a good thread title -.-

Like, der i use mspaint in like eighty percent of my animations but if i need to rotate something im screwed, wah wah.
and i dunno how to airbrush but i'm sure its good....

..gah.. I only have MSpaint, personally..I dont wanna pay for paintshop or anythin.. you can do a fair bit of editing with MSpaint, but I hear photoshop or whatever is the best..

use mirc ffs everything there is for free and you can find also every kind of software movies music etz. also very good porn :p
