Don't draw every frame individually, use tweens. Tweens are your friend.

Tweens are for the lazy i respect frame by frame but bro you should of put the ground on a new layer.. then Locked that layer so it wouldnt move... then you would of just had to worry about your bugs and so on... And everytime you add a new frame the locked layer would of traveld with it and if you want to edit the layer just make a keyframe and unlock it and change the layers of the ground then lock back when you want it to stand still again.
