it worked fine before but then it said modified stuff when i didnt then when i reinstalled it this happened??!?! HOw DO I FIX IT?!

This looks more like a grahics card problem to me, download the newst drivers for your card.

No, I'm sure. It's fixed by (reinstalling + ) rebooting.
Quite a few other people had the same problem before.
