Can anybody tell me on which map i can find the M-2 gun.Do I need to be registered?

most inf- maps have the stat. gun

Doko, the server you're playing has to enable them. So if you're playing on your own, open Soldat, go to the Options tab > Game > Weapons > enable Stationary Guns.

ctf_kampf, inf_abel, inf_fortress, inf_outpost

u can make any level have the stationary gun/s, by making them in Map Maker.

..but then you can't play those online, except others have the same..

I play them over lan networks. Oh, and the most common problem is that the Stat. Guns float around sometimes... and it's impossible...to...shoot! I made a map full of Stat Guns, but it should be called lag hell, if all of them are occupied...
