There are no beer in Soldat [:-bigeyes]

It is not used on anything. Just like walkie.bmp.

No. Stopa is the food. Lecistopa is the foot when using jets. :P Walkie.bmp is a walkie talkie but you can't see it in game.

"Lecistopa" means "Footisflying" in Polish [:D]

I think it is a sound of steps when the rain effect is on, but I'm not sure.

They aren't used in the game, so don't bother moddingg them. Probably some files that Michal decided not to use but were left there.

There's also a "chat" animation, which I assume is where the walkie talkie would have been used. Come to think of it why isn't it used? It would be a chat-indicator thing like somebody suggested...

well havent you ever cahtted, but slide back after you were done? well the little guy is busy putting something to his mouth. try editing it to be a big floresnt stick, to see if it comes into play at that time. :)
