Hi I don't know where to put mods for Soldat once I've downloaded them so I can play them so where do you put them?

you have to replace all the original images, with the modded ones
any weapons.bmp,weapons2.bmp, and weapon fire.bmp goes in the weapons.gfx folder, sounds go in the sfx folder, gostek changes go in the ...you guessed it, gostek folder. but, yeah, basically make copies of the originals, set them in another folder, and replace them with the modded ones. if you're missing any, soldat'll tell you, just loo for it, and put the image in the directory that it needs to be in.

A lot of the time the person who made the mod will write what to do with the file you downloaded somewhere. Look around. Quite a lot of the time, if the file you downloaded is a .zip file, you just need to extract it to the main soldat directory and the files will put themselves where they need to be. If you can't find anything telling you what to do, ask the maker.
