No... it's not from the mod, it's in the "original" (1.2) game. Look at the quote above and the thread I linked to.

I had 'SERIAL KILL' with just chainsaw,
'MULTI KILLx2' with just knife,
and on the inf_Warehouse (AFTER the zombietrap movie i tried it[;)]) i had 'Every multi kill message' with deagles. and I LOVE Zombies[:P]
I have minimum 30 screenshots from that Zombitrap reprodicion.
