Molock i think i know where they are in your soldat folder [;)].
go to your soldat folder (default - C:\Soldat).

I don't know much about it, but XM and IT are "tracker" files. They're so small because they only contain the samples. The composer says something like "play this sample at +5 pitch and this sample.." a little bit like MIDI.
So I think you can easily edit them if they're not protected.
Just google for something like tracker it xm edit compose

quote:20. Can I convert the Soldat music to MP3?
Yes, download ModPlug Tracker from http://www.modplug.com .
Open the music files:
Soldat\Sfx\Modules\bloody.xm
Soldat\Sfx\Modules\gore.it or
Soldat\Sfx\Modules\necro.it
and save them as an MP3 file.

I used mplug to save them as wav. After that i used CDEx 1.5 to convert them to MP3. After the converting I used MP3 Collecter to give them some Tags. Now they are playing over and over on my iPod :D

We should be angry at this person who will never post in this topic again for forgetting to read the manual!
