Sounds cool and all, but what's the point? By the time you actually prone on the nade, the flag carrier, unless he's retarded, would have jumped and jetted out of harms way.

However, I suppose there are those times when there isn't enough space to get away from it, so it would come to use, sometimes..

This would be most useful when both teams flags are taken and the flag carrier is at his base and has nowhere to run.
