yeah thanks for the re-host n00b, i ended up downloading it in 45 seconds at 450kBps.
That pack does contain every custom map i have ever seen/played except for the latest ones that just came out. GJ and get a life :D

Apparently he just zipped his map directory. Whoa, finding the maps you want to play under all that must be a pain in the ass...
