lol, no but really, its smaller in file size than rib's, and only slightly larger than ville's head.
This same question came up beofre, when the dimension of signature pics came up for enforcement.
A few mods wore the "This is the maximum size for a sig" jpegs, and they were almost double the file size of mine ;)

I think the thing on NCs sig is, that the animation is so inconspicuous, that it doesnt disturb in any way. If you dont especially wait for it, you dont even see its animated when reading.
