i dunno what this is, but i really dont want to reinstall, because then i will lose my precious maps, scenery's etc. :(

This is what you do: copy everything from Soldat folder to another, name it Soldat1.2-Backup or something like that (copy, not move.)
Now you deinstall Soldat via the Start menu or the Windows Software list.
Install Soldat normally (don't forget the fix). Reboot.
See if it works. If it does, copy the custom maps/sceneries/textures to the fresh install, but do NOT overwrite the original ones.
