WB you gotta try knife jumping, what you do is throw the kinfe DIRECTLY into the air above you and try to make it hit your head. It will make you bounce REALLY HIGH! Oh but it cant hit anything while in mid air, i.e. walls and such

Knife jumps aren't possible, you have mp79 jumps and nade jumps though.
