Ultimate 13 has its own IRC server that anyone can use for anything. ultimate13.dynu.com:6667 and the main channel is #ultimate13. There are soon going to be bots that allow people to see when the ultimate13 server is online, as well as look up peoples' stats. http://ultimate13.dynu.com:6080

with any luck, maybe this could turn into a soldat IRC server basically.
