Hi.

I have problems with SOLDAT 1.2 with Fix patch.

If i play with V-Sync OFF, i got 500-1600 FPS and Soldat turn TOO FAST..
And if i play with V-Sync ON i got 50-60 FPS and Soldat turn TOO SLOW..

My Config:

Windows XP Professional SP2
M$ DirectX 9.0C
ATI Radeon 9600XT With Catalyst 4.8

Any solution?? TNX

I didn't even know it was possible to get such a high framerate o.0

Other than the framerate, does anything else actually happen?

swap PC's for a day?

[aveFPS]5-20[/aveFPS]

the 500-1600 is too fast? why, soldat cannot be too fast! Lower your refresh rate if it is that worrying!

60 fps is the best speed you can get. I mean do you notice the difference after that number?

I feel a great difference between having 60 fps with v-sync on, and 140 with it off.
It just responds quicker when i have higher fps.

The problem with sync ON is that is not synchronized with the refrest rate of the monitor and therefore more than half of the frames will be scrapped. But why do you want it to be with sync on?

isnt it the other way round? v-sync matches your fps with you monitor hz?

But it does not match it perfectly since fps will always change depending of the action and therefore it fails in is objective

Errr fps 60 with v-sync on makes your mouse movements mushy
