I was wondering, is it possible to use taunts as team chat? Because my taunts all involve incoming enemies or flagrunners, and if they know they were spotted they might take a different route or other enemies will flock to protect the flagcarrier. If you can't do it in this version, please move this topic into suggestions because it should be in there.

yes..in the taunts.txt file you write '^' before your taunts...for example:

team taunt:
^A cow is attacking from the tree

regular taunt:
A cow is defending the monkey

it's all about the '^'

But even when you do the "^" thing if the enemy near you they still can see your team chat.

But the important thing is that the flagrunner and the majority of their team won't know what I know.
