Ahhhhh I can't STAND Jimmy Page solos!
For a while I was a big Zep fan untill I realized how badly they were ripping off old blues guys from the 30s and 40s. Listen to Robert Johnson or John Lee Hooker to get a feel for what I'm talking about. Alot of Jimmy Page's solo licks are yanked right from these old blues kids. Plus I just don't like Page's solos as a matter of personal taste. They're just him [IMAGE]ing off on a guitar neck. I do like some good guitar players, like Dave Murray and Adrian Smith from Iron Maiden, and Angus Young of AC/DC fame. In fact, I don't even mind most Zep riffs that much, just can't stand Page...
