i just installed DX9c end user runtime, and soldat has had problems initializing hardware support or something like that. maybe michal should release a fix for this.

I heard that dx90v has problems with w98, which is your OS? and ur computer? Becuz maybe ur hardware does not support those dx

ya, I installed dx9.0c a week ago, it has problems like that, but it only appears sometimes, not always. So like once you get the error, you restart, and the error is gone for awhile. Wait a little...the error comes back and etc.
